The League resumes after a two-week break on Sunday with a return to the University of Worcester Lakeside Campus, where Round 7 is hosted by Worcester St John’s CC. Online entry is now closed, but you can still enter on the day (cash payment only).
The course is flat apart from some banks, which are ridden (or run) up, down and along to produce a challenge – especially in wet conditions. There are also hurdles to test rider’s jumping skills – either on or off the bike.
It’s a great venue for cyclocross, but it’s one we have to pay to use, and the University insists on a £6 parking charge. That must be paid online in advance. Please use the Lakeside Payment Page.
Please bring a copy of your email receipt to show the University parking marshals on the day. Car parking is in the large grass field. Camper vans and larger vehicles will be directed to the hard standing car park.
Sorry, no dogs are allowed on site – except for Guide and Assistance dogs.
