Entry to WMCCL Round 5 at Baggeridge Country Park is now OPEN 🚲
Back by popular demand! A rider favourite returns to the WMCCL calendar, with Halesowen A&CC once again hosting the infamous Baggeridge CX on Sunday 4th October.
This year sees a new (but very familiar) organising team behind the event, with Beth and John Crumpton taking over the reins.
John is the OG instigator of Baggeridge CX for the club, having run the event for a few years back in the day, while Beth was a regular WMCCL representative, racing both domestically and internationally during her cyclocross career.
Now, after years of racing, coaching and organising separately, they’re excited to be hosting their first race together as father and daughter.
And for those who know Baggeridge, you’ll know what to expect from the course: technical twists and turns weaving in and out of the woods, steep banks, tricky sections and, of course, the mud (maybe)! A proper cyclocross course with plenty to challenge riders of all abilities.
