On a very sad day for the League, with the tragic passing of cyclocross legend Steve Knight, all of our adult race fields observed a minute’s silence to remember a fantastic and inspirational rider. There will be more here later on Steve’s contribution to the League, but for now we must report on the racing action, which we are sure Steve would have wanted us to do.
Thanks to Stratford CC for another great event at Ullenhall near Redditch. It was a very tough course with 27 metres of climbing on each of the 2k laps on long grass flattened by riders’ wheels.
