It is with huge regret that we must postpone Round 12, which was due to take place on Sunday 14-Dec. This is due to the venue being concerned about damage to the ground following recent persistent rainfall. This has come as a complete surprise to the organiser, who was given no warning of these concerns.
The new date for the event is Saturday 3-Jan.
We will do our utmost to hold the event at Solihull Riding Club that day, but that will depend on the weather between now and then. We really want to make an event at this new venue happen. Many hours of planning have gone into that. However, we will also look into the possibility of using a different venue for Round 12 that weekend.
You can request a refund from the organiser via RiderHQ if that date is not convenient for you. If you do not do that, then we will assume that you would like your entry to be carried forward to the rearranged date. If you want a refund, please request one before Sunday 14-Dec.
We are really sorry that we have had to postpone the event. It causes lots of issues that we will have to deal with over the coming days. Please bear with us. We will communicate further as soon as we can.
