The Annual General Meeting of the WMCCL will take place on Saturday 3rd March between 1pm – 4.30pm

Venue : Tally Ho Conference & Banqueting Centre, Pershore Road, B5 7RN, Birmingham
This is a new venue in the centre of Birmingham with onsite parking so should be convenient for all being central to our region
Any proposals for consideration at the AGM should be emailed to david.garrett@electrium.co.uk for the attention of David Garrett, League Secretary arriving by midnight on Saturday 10th February.
This is your opportunity to influence the format of the league and its likely topics for discussion could include:
– Race day schedule
– Womens race format
– Counting events for overall league
– WM Regional Champs format
If you are able to attend the AGM please comment on FB or via email so we can estimate numbers for tea/coffee and biscuits
ALL league registered riders are deemed “members” and are entitled to attend the AGM
Rule 6e AGM Voting Rights
The Members will discuss and vote on any resolution (whether about policy or to change the Rules) and deal with any other business put to the meeting.
Two WMCCL members per WMCCL member club will be eligible to vote at the WMCCL AGM. WMCCL Private Members will be considered to be members of “WMCCL Club” and will be collectively eligible for 2 votes.
